Senior Commercial Ops Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Support commercial leadership in developing sales and growth strategies.
• Conduct pricing, margin, and promotion analysis to drive profitability.
• Forecast and monitor revenue and assigned category KPIs.
• Provide commercial insights for category planning, assortment decisions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage relationships with assigned key vendors, brands, and logistics partners.
• Oversee partner onboarding, contract management, and SLA compliance.
• Lead negotiations for better terms, margins, or operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate with supply chain and fulfilment teams to ensure inventory availability and service quality.
• Monitor SKU-level performance and suggest optimisations (e.g., delisting, promo focus).
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues between internal teams and external partners.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track sales, returns, profitability, and vendor performance.
• Identify process gaps using data, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Liaise with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment and operational feasibility.

• At least 4 years experience in similar or adjacent roles
• Degree in any Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in sourcing, product development, or category management
• Demonstrated background in similar roles with supermarket/grocery industry would be a plus
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Thinks creatively and adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment
