What You’ll Do:
Prospect, develop, and maintain strong commercial client relationships
Lead roofing projects from start to finish—sales through final completion
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
Coordinate with estimators, crews, vendors, and internal operations
Ensure job quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Track and manage budgets, timelines, and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Commercial Roofing Sales Required with 5+ years of experience in low-slope roofing
Strong sales and project management record
Knowledge of commercial construction markets (property management, insurance, REITs, etc.)
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
Valid driver’s license and ability to access rooftops
