DescriptionWe are looking for a talented compensation professional to join Oracle’s Global Compensation Consulting Team, supporting our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) line of business. You will collaborate with stakeholders including HRBPs, talent advisors, business leaders and our core compensation organization (COE) to deliver compensation solutions to help attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have compensation consulting experience supporting high growth technology organizations and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly to meet the needs of the business.

- 8+ years’ broad-based compensation experience with a strong consulting mindset.
- Experience in a high-tech company with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to build dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data. Data driven person who can think creatively and weave data and insights together into a story.
- Proven relationship management and influencing skills with the ability to build effective business partnerships.
- Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with annual compensation program systems.
- Preferred Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in a related field. CCP Certification. Recent experience implementing job architecture projects is desired.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
