This role is part of the Chief Product Officer\u2019s organization and will focus on supporting sales efforts by creating competitive enablement assets, such as battlecards and sales training materials. Additionally, the role involves assisting product managers in their engagement with the competitive intelligence process to ensure strategic alignment and actionable insights. Your work will play a pivotal part in shaping our company\u2019s strategy by delivering actionable intelligence on competitor activities and industry dynamics. Your expertise will enable our leadership, sales, product, and marketing teams to make informed decisions and maintain our competitive edge.\n\n# \n\n# Key Responsibilities\n\n * Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep, data-driven analyses of competitors, including their strategies, product offerings, pricing models, and market positioning.\n * AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the competitive analysis process, ensuring the extraction of actionable insights.\n * Enablement Assets: Create and deliver competitive enablement assets, such as battlecards and sales training materials, to empower sales teams with the knowledge and tools to succeed.\n * Collaboration with Product Teams: Assist product managers in actively engaging in the competitive intelligence process to help inform product development and strategy.\n * Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that summarize competitive data and highlight actionable recommendations.\n * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to integrate competitive insights into go-to-market strategies.\n * Stakeholder Engagement: Present findings to senior leadership and provide strategic advice on market positioning.\n * Knowledge Management: Maintain a centralized repository of competitive intelligence resources and ensure accessibility for relevant teams.\n\n\n\n# Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $85,000 - $110,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate\u0027s skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. Employees also have the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program (ESPP), which allows for the purchase of discounted PTC stock. Certain roles may also be eligible for participation in our equity programs. Employees may be eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off and sick leave, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) contributions and employer match, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and, if you are an office-assigned employee, a generous commuter subsidy.
