Senior Construction Project Manager

Location: Louisville, KY

Position Overview

A leading construction services provider is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to direct complex projects, foster strong client relationships, and ensure safety, quality, and budget goals are met. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or related field preferred.

• 10+ years of field experience in construction project management.

• Design-Build project experience a plus.

• Advanced management or technical training preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of estimating, project management, and construction management practices.

• Strong organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HH2, Plangrid, Procore, and Timberline/Sage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, technical direction, and guidance to project teams and subordinate managers.

• Enforce company and project policies while maintaining close client relationships.

• Oversee all facets of construction projects to ensure compliance with contracts, designs, and safety standards.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.

• Serve as the company’s representative with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Support business development by fostering relationships with new and existing clients.

• Review new project opportunities and assist with estimating.

• Lead subcontractor coordination and oversee self-performed operations.

• Promote and enforce safety practices daily.
