Senior Consultant Airport Terminal & MEP Asset Management

Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 15+ years.
Project Duration: 1 year.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Airport Terminal & MEP Asset Management to support asset data readiness activities across airport terminal buildings and facilities. The role will focus on validating, structuring, and assuring asset information across structural, architectural, HVAC, electrical, fire safety, baggage handling, passenger boarding, IT, and communications systems.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.


• Strong experience with terminal buildings, complex facilities, MEP systems, or airport infrastructure assets.


• Experience in asset management, asset information management, or asset data readiness within complex building or infrastructure environments.


• Strong technical knowledge of one or more of the following:
  
  
  
  • Structural and architectural systems.
  
  
  • HVAC systems.
  
  
  • Electrical systems.
  
  
  • Fire safety systems.
  
  
  • Baggage Handling Systems (BHS).
  
  
  • Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB).
  
  
  • IT and communications assets.
  
  
  
  


• Experience validating, structuring, and assuring technical asset information.


• Experience with asset registers, asset hierarchies, or enterprise asset information.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver asset data readiness activities for airport terminal buildings and facilities.


• Validate and structure asset information across architectural, structural, MEP, fire safety, BHS, PBB, IT, and communications systems.


• Identify gaps and inconsistencies in asset information and support their resolution.


• Support the development and maintenance of asset registers and hierarchies.


• Coordinate with engineering, facilities, maintenance, and airport operations teams to validate asset information.


• Ensure asset data meets established quality and governance requirements.
