Job Description - Senior Consultant/ Assistant Manager, Consulting

As part of our growth plan, we are seeking a self
driven, organised, experienced and ambitious individual to join our team
in the position of Senior Consultant/ Assistant Manager, Consulting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The position holder will be reporting to the Managing
Director and will be responsible for:
Â· Business development including lead identification,
proposal development and follow ups;
Â· Timely execution of consulting projects;
Â· Enforcement of Altima Africa’s project management and
quality assurance process;
Â· Effective coordination of the respective consulting
team;
Â· Participation on research that drives the firm’s thought
leadership;
Â· Coordinating tasks undertaken with part time/ associate
consultants;

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
The Ideal candidate should:

Â· Hold a University Degree in a
business related field - an additional professional qualification will be an
added advantage
Â· Have at least 5 years work
experience with a good mix of experience three of which must be in consulting
providing HR or Strategy solutions
Â· Demonstrate strong interpersonal
and project management skills
Â· Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
