Our Products & Services practice is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join the team. 


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our consulting team, specializing in commercial strategy within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. This role will focus on helping clients drive competitive advantage through innovative strategies and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic, business, and IT expertise, with a strong foundation in Sales and Marketing, including Salesforce Force Effectiveness, Trade Promotions Management and Revenue Growth Management.


What you will be doing



  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize revenue growth, trade promotions, and go-to-market effectiveness

  • Lead and support client engagements in commercial planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals

  • Utilize RGM analytics to provide insights and recommendations for pricing, promotions, and product portfolio strategies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business strategy with IT solutions

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation

  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering high-impact solutions

  • Work in a collaborative team environment, leveraging creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative and forward-thinking strategies


 Your skills and experience



  • At least 4+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a focus on commercial strategy and execution

  • Broad experience across strategy, business operations, and IT, with a deep understanding of their interdependencies

  • Strong expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) analytics and Trade Promotion Management (TPM)

  • High level of curiosity and passion for helping clients build competitive advantage

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high creative IQ and the ability to think outside the box

  • Strong collaboration and teaming abilities, with a proven track record of working in dynamic and fast-paced environments

  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them in a consulting context

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
