Senior Consultant - ServiceNow / VCF OPS Integration

About the role We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our ServiceNow team and lead the technical integration between ServiceNow (SNOW) and VMware Cloud Foundation Operations (VCF OPS). You will design and implement API-based connectivity to enable real-time inventory data retrieval, improving visibility across our infrastructure and accelerating IT service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations between ServiceNow and VCF OPS
• Enable real-time infrastructure inventory data flow into the SNOW CMDB
• Develop and maintain integration scripts, flows, and custom API endpoints
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, cloud architects, and infrastructure teams
• Document integration architecture, data mappings, and technical specifications
• Troubleshoot API connectivity, data sync, and performance issues
• Advise on best practices for ServiceNow platform governance and API security

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration
• Hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) or vRealize/Aria Operations
• Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and integration middleware
• Solid understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping in SNOW
• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub or MID Server configurations
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT asset/configuration management
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Eligible to work in the United States

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or equivalent
• VMware VCP or VCAP certification
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible)
