Senior Controller

Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. Our platforms combine multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI technologies to create complete, accurate underground maps that enable confident decision-making for customers across the built world. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors. 

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.

We are looking for a Senior Controller to join our finance team and take ownership of key accounting and reporting processes. The Senior Controller will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and building scalable accounting processes to support the company’s growth. 

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. 
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting. 
• Manage the end-to-end accounting for internally manufactured operational assets, including tracking inventory-to-fixed-assets conversion, cost allocation, and depreciation. 
• Perform variance analysis and assist in budget preparation and forecasting. 
• Support external audits to provide documentation and answer questions. 
• Support global tax compliance and preparation of tax returns.· Assist in implementing new accounting standards and system upgrades or changes 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA certified. 
• 7+ years of accounting experience (including internship). 
• Experience in global technology companies with operational complexity involving inventory management, cost allocation, and fixed assets capitalization. 
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting principles. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
