in a newly created role, joining a growing team. This client has a boutique company culture with thousands of units now seeking a driven individual to strategize with ownership.

Top Responsibilities of Senior Controller:
Review cash position and cash management.
Review financials prepared by accounting team, evaluate balance sheet.
NOI and other ad hoc Analysis.
Propose strategies to improve processes to leadership team, develop visions.
Participate in special projects and prepare ad hoc reports for ownership.
Experience Desired for Senior Controller:
Degree in Business, Accounting preferred with at least 10-15 years+ of experience
Residential Property Management, Real Estate industry required
Intermediate Excel skills at minimum
Articulate communication skills
Willing to work in Chicago office daily
