Senior Coordinator/Assistant Manager of Operations, NOYZ

NOYZ is seeking a self motivated and organized Senior Coordinator/ Assistant Manager of Operations! 

Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site)
Reports to: Senior Manager, Supply Chain
Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 + Bonus (DOE)

About NOYZ: 

NOYZ is a fast-growing fragrance brand redefining modern scent culture through elevated products, operational excellence, and speed-to-market execution. We are seeking a highly organized and solutions-oriented Operations professional to support and scale our logistics, distribution, and fulfillment functions.

This role is intentionally structured for dual-level hiring and may be filled at either the Senior Coordinator or Assistant Manager level depending on experience, leadership capability, and operational depth.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Distribution & Logistics Excellence


• 3PL Partnership: Primary liaison for our 3PL partners, working closely to monitor daily outbound shipments and service levels.


• Retailer Success: Support retail business by ensuring routing guide compliance, EDI workflows and proactively managing any chargeback disputes.


• Logistics Management: Coordinate day-to-day logistics and documentations with freight forwarders, Small Parcel courier and customs brokers.


• Fulfillment & Inventory Operations


• Order Accuracy: Audit fulfillment reports to ensure orders are processed timely and accurately.


• Inventory Control: Lead monthly reconciliations between ERP, (Netsuite), WMS and contract manufacturers to ensure data integrity.


• Production Support: Assist with component tracking and finished good arrivals to ensure product launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.


• 2-4 years in operations, logistics or supply chain roles, within beauty, fragrance, or CPG space.


• Strong understanding of hazmat (fragrance) shipping regulations and logistics requirements.


• Experience managing 3PL partners and monitoring operational performance metrics.


• Proficiency with NetSuite, WMS, retail portals, EDI workflows, and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Startup Agility: A resilient, "no task too small" mindset; you stay calm under pressure and thrive in the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of a growing brand.


• Experience with Shopify and/or TikTok Shop backend operations.
