Senior Corporate Recruiter / TA Manager (Atlanta, GA)
We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Corporate Recruiter with in Atlanta, GA (Dunwoody / Sandy Springs area) - Hybrid (in-office 2 days | remote 3 days) . The TA Manager will be involved in every stage of the recruiting process, from the initial kick-off meeting, to writing advertisements, searching for and approaching candidates, managing recruiting agencies, interviewing candidates, managing offer stage, onboarding and assisting with TA projects. We need a skilled senior level recruiter who is able to find the below-the-radar candidates and is comfortable and confident in making direct approaches to, and networking with, people in the industry. The TA Manager will manage daily work while developing the recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for a variety of corporate positions at all levels (entry level to Senior Business Leaders). Insurance or financial services industry experience preferred. 115K - 130K Base + Bonus + Benefits Package
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively across the business, building and maintaining strong working relationships with hiring managers
Source candidates utilizing various methods, technologies and tools
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
Continually seeking new sourcing options, and developing creative approaches to delivering candidates to the teams
Generate a talent pipeline, building a database of talent for future use
Partner with hiring managers to deliver high quality candidates and provide frequent updates and feedback throughout the search
Promote best practice ensuring a positive candidate experience and utilizing recruitment tools and processes across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle (attraction and selection)
Deliver against recruiting targets while ensuring a great candidate experience and Hiring Manager satisfaction
Track and report key metrics designed to measure current needs and prepare for future staffing activity
Use data insights to drive continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition and enhance overall performance
Identify areas in the recruitment lifecycle that can be improved such as time to hire, cost and use of technology
Partner with HR team and play a key role in the evolution of the TA strategy to support the companies needs
Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional TA projects
Requirements:
5-7+ years corporate recruiting experience managing end to end recruitment processes and strategies
Experience recruiting for various corporate roles in the insurance industry or financial services
Direct sourcing experience including search techniques across online and social media platforms and ability to engage with people and create interest
Strong communication skills: Personable and engaging with a proven record of strong relationship building
Strong technology skills: Workday (or similar) and passion for data analytics and insights
Proven success juggling a variety of roles, competing deadlines and priorities while balancing stakeholders needs
