Senior, Corporate Technical Accounting

Apply technical accounting research to various areas including investments, collaboration agreements, and joint ventures. Prepare technical accounting memos and presentations to highlight key considerations and financial impacts. Complete accounting close activities and related internal controls, including preparation and review of journal entries and account reconciliations. Partner with the SEC Reporting team to prepare high-quality footnotes and disclosures for our quarterly and annual filings. Partner with the Corporate SOX team to maintain effective internal controls over areas of responsibility. Liaise with external auditors to address review/audit questions and provide relevant responses and supporting documentation. Deliver accurate annual plan and periodic forecast estimates to FP&A for each area of responsibility. Drive continuous improvement within our processes to gain efficiencies. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent; Master's degree a plus CPA preferred. 5+ years of accounting experience required. Prior experience in a public accounting firm preferred; mix of public/private a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; SAP and Hyperion Financial Management experience a plus.
