This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing deadlines, and a commitment to delivering high\u2011quality, accurate financial information. You will collaborate closely with manufacturing, logistics, and finance partners to ensure reliable cost data and continuous process improvement.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Prepare and post journal entries and perform account reconciliations in SAP.\n * Actively support month\u2011end close activities, ensuring deadlines are met and balances are proactively reviewed prior to close.\n * Participate in initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the cost accounting function, including recommending process improvements and additional controls.\n * Partner closely with the Cost Accounting Manager to execute assigned tasks and projects.\n * Maintain the SAP inventory module and support the annual standard cost process.\n * Provide ongoing financial support to manufacturing and logistics teams.\n * Prepare and manage royalty reporting. \n \n\n\n\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\n\n * Assist with SOX documentation and compliance activities.\n * Support international teams with local and regional reporting requirements.\n * Effectively manage time and priorities while collaborating with teams across multiple time zones.\n\n\n\nQualifications \u0026 Experience\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.\n * Five or more years of experience in general ledger and/or cost accounting.\n * Hands\u2011on approach with a strong work ethic and proactive, solution\u2011oriented mindset.\n * Clear, effective communication skills and a collaborative, customer\u2011focused approach.\n * Experience with SAP strongly preferred.\n * Self\u2011motivated with the ability to work independently.\n * Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast\u2011paced environment with strict deadlines.\n * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. \n \n#LI-SW1\n\n\n\nThe Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $80,500 - $107,600, which can vary if outside this location, plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
