Senior Cost Manager – Electrical to join our growing team in the Peoria, Arizona area near North Phoenix for a large-scale manufacturing construction project.
The position of Senior Cost Manager – Electrical is based on site in Peoria and will be instrumental in overseeing the financial and commercial performance of electrical scopes across all phases of the project lifecycle.
The Senior Cost Manager – Electrical needs a strong background in low-voltage systems to lead cost control efforts on an advanced manufacturing (semiconductor or high-tech) facility. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in estimating, budgeting, and managing electrical scopes related to data, security, communications, and other low-voltage infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing cost tracking, evaluating change orders, ensuring accurate forecasting, and collaborating closely with project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to drive financial performance and on-time delivery in a complex, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in semiconductor, data centers, clean manufacturing, or other high-tech sectors. Semiconductor Construction Electrical System Cost Management Experience is Highly Preferred. Local candidates only please.
