Accountabilities
- Collaborate with Content and UX Strategists to achieve business objectives through creative concepts.
- Define and document creative strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Develop engaging creative platforms supporting marketing strategies across various channels.
- Champion brand guidelines to maintain the integrity of creative standards.
- Innovate the brand by ensuring consistency in visual communications and concepts.
- Train creative teams on brand guidelines and maintain organization-wide standards.
- Create templates for consistent and effective creative execution.
- Partner with UX and web teams to enhance visual user journeys.
- Work with analytics and research teams to optimize designs based on insights.
- Present creative strategies to stakeholders and gain alignment.
- Audit current digital content and identify strengths and opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in creative design or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts or interactive media.
- Proven record of innovative and collaborative design in B2B marketing.
- Extensive knowledge of creative strategy across various mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and enforce standards.
- Experience in influencing and coaching creative teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
