ABOUT THE ROLE:

TaxRise is seeking a skilled HubSpot Administrator to oversee and optimize our CRM automations, client communication workflows, and email performance tracking. This role is critical in ensuring seamless client engagement, monitoring campaign performance, and driving revenue through strategic automation and journey-building.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Monitor and maintain HubSpot workflows, ensuring efficient automation of client communication and engagement.
• Track email performance metrics, including sends, opens, and clicks, to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Create and refine automated processes to improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.
• Develop and manage customer journeys and revenue-driving strategies within HubSpot.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align automation efforts with business goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HubSpot automation, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to enhance engagement strategies.
• Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and best practices to continuously improve automation and communication strategies.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• Proven experience as a HubSpot administrator or expert, with a strong understanding of workflows, automation, and CRM management.
• Background in customer service or a related field, with a keen understanding of client engagement strategies.
• Experience in marketing, particularly within HubSpot, is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor email performance and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Ability to develop, test, and refine automated workflows that enhance client communication and lead nurturing.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across departments and support business objectives.

SALARY RANGE: $90,000 – $100,000 per year + monthly bonus structure
