Senior Culinary Director

At Chick-fil-A Fourth Street North, we are searching for a Senior Culinary Director to lead and develop our kitchen team. This role is for a high-capacity leader who drives excellence through others and builds a high-performance kitchen culture defined by consistency, discipline, and world class standards.  

Role Overview

As the Senior Culinary Director, you will be responsible for:

•       Leading culinary and kitchen operations with precision, consistency, and excellence

•       Setting and upholding an elite standard of food safety, quality, and cleanliness

•       Developing strong kitchen leadership through training, coaching, and accountability 

•       Building systems that support team development, retention, and performance

•       Catering execution and operational excellence

•       Ensuring seamless alignment between kitchen execution and overall restaurant operations

We are looking for a leader who is warm, humble, driven, and highly organized, with the ability to coach and develop others while delivering consistent results.

Compensation & Benefits

•       Starting salary: $75,000 (based on experience and performance)

Requirements

•       Fully bilingual: Spanish & English (required)

•       Undergraduate or Technical Degree

•       Completion of our 90-Day Leadership Training Program

•       Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable results through people
