is seeking a motivated, passionate and proactive

Senior Customer Execution Specialist (Level 4) , based out of the Boeing facility in

Dallas, TX .
This individual will be a part of the Execution organization supporting the brand new, super exciting Aerostructures Exchange Program. This individual is critical to the success of the program by ensuring all Execution related responsibilities are ready for program launch, as well as maintained and improved where needed, post program launch. Project management and lean skills will be required in order to document and track actions and identify and document process improvements and new processes. This individual will work side-by-side with multiple cross functional teammates to ensure service levels are met and any potential risks are identified proactively and addressed quickly. They will be the Execution face to the customer, leading all customer onboarding meetings and responding to customer requests and mitigating issues.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is a problem solver and will be flexible in a dynamic space where knowledge and understanding of multiple areas of the business will be required. Position Responsibilities:
Ensure all Execution related responsibilities are ready for program launch

Ensure all Execution related responsibilities are maintained and improved where needed, post program launch

Document and track actions using project management skills

Identify and document process improvements and new processes

using LEAN skills

Partner with multiple cross functional teammates to ensure service levels are met and any potential risks are identified proactively and addressed quickly

Lead all customer onboarding meetings and respond to customer requests and mitigate issues

Interfaces with customers and internal Boeing resources

Develops, prepares and delivers presentations

Mitigate risks and issues

Dedication to meet customer commitments & build customer trust (BGS Priorities)

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Supply chain experience

5+ years of direct customer interface experience

3+ years of project management experience

3+ years of LEAN experience

1+ years of experience working in SAP

Experience exercising critical thinking & problem solving

Experience collaborating with multiple

programs/organizations

Strong communication skills (verbally & written)

Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in data or business

analysis

Experience in forecasting and asset

management

Procurement

experience

Business development experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Typical Education & Experience :
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
