This is a fully in‑person role based at our Seattle, WA headquarters. This position is not remote and not hybrid.
SET THE COURSE
As a Sr Customer Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy, deepen guest relationships, and drive business performance. This role is responsible for analyzing customer behavior, campaign performance, and omnichannel engagement to uncover opportunities that drive guest acquisition, retention, and long-term loyalty.
You will partner closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to understand how guests interact with the brand, identifying key drivers of engagement, conversion, and lifetime value. This role requires a highly analytical and curious thinker who can translate complex data into clear, compelling insights, while helping to shape strategies that grow the customer base and strengthen brand loyalty.

Rate Range: $124,600.00 to $180,000.00 Annually
Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
