Your Impact:

  • Be the Voice of Quality Serve as the champion for our customers, leading a high-performing quality engineering team to excellence.
  • Be the Expert Act as the trusted advisor on all things quality, ensuring our standards exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive Solutions Tackle challenges head-on using 8D methodology, delivering fast, effective, and data-driven resolutions.
  • Collaborate & Innovate Partner across engineering, test, product, and sales teams to raise the bar on customer satisfaction.
  • Navigate Key Processes Oversee audits, change notifications, and product approvals with precision and expertise.
  • Go Global Travel worldwide to strengthen customer relationships and gain insights that drive continuous improvement.

 What You Bring:

  • Expertise: B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in customer quality engineering within the semiconductor industry.
  • Problem-Solving Mastery: Proven track record with 8D problem-solving and quality systems.
  • Customer-Centric Leadership: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage customer relationships with confidence.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and product lifecycle.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Outstanding technical writing skills to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Global Readiness: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin for seamless global communication.
