Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison for major medical industry accounts, ensuring timely and accurate order processing
- Manage daily client order intake and coordinate closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper fulfillment
- Generate sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices with a high degree of accuracy
- Support the Senior Sales Manager with account coordination and administrative functions
- Monitor order status, track shipments, and proactively communicate updates to clients
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and accounting teams
- Maintain strong client relationships through professional and solution-oriented communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or a related B2B environment
- Experience supporting fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics operations from an administrative or customer support standpoint
- Familiarity with generating invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders (AP/AR exposure a plus; collections experience not required)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to think quickly and respond effectively to client needs
- High level of professionalism and customer presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems required; SAGE experience strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
