What you will be doing:



  • Monitors service calls to observe CSRs' demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies

  • Inputs information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints

  • Completes contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders

  • Traces orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerning their merchandise, including shipping and tracking information


 


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency

  • Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training

  • Exposure to Tier 1or 2 warehouse management system or comparable
