Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a modern, international company operating in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will take ownership of data processes, lead analytical initiatives, and support digital transformation projects. The client  is one of the largest and most well-known retail chains in Lithuania. Key Responsibilities

• Work with large databases: process, organize, and analyze data

• Monitor key performance indicators, identify risks, and provide data-driven insights

• Investigate and resolve data issues such as quality concerns, discrepancies, and missing data

• Drive the digitalization of reporting transform Excel reports into Power BI dashboards

• Lead retail budgeting and performance targeting processes

• Oversee and coordinate changes within the internal ERP system (WWS)

• Analyze, assess, optimize, and implement business processes

• Manage and prioritize the work of the analyst team according to company needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience

• Proficiency in SQL

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas)

• Experience with Power BI and other BI tools

• Familiarity with Python or R is considered an advantage

• Fluency in English

• Analytical, curious, and detail-oriented mindset

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to executive leadership (PowerPoint skills are a strong advantage)
