Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights that will drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for utilizing data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and departmental functions

- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and solutions

- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality

- Monitor and maintain data integrity and security

- Train and mentor junior data analysts to improve their skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in SQL and experience with database management

- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to handle and analyze large sets of data

- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
