Job Overview:

As a Senior Data Analyst at SIKKY MANUFACTURING, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will help drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives. You will also be responsible for creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources to identify trends and patterns

- Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support business objectives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations

- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate results and findings to stakeholders and senior management

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency through data analysis

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

- Train and mentor junior data analysts on data analysis techniques and tools

- Participate in data governance and data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy and consistency of data

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView

- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

- Experience with data governance and data quality processes is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
