As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions by analyzing and interpreting large datasets. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to identify patterns and trends that will help our company make informed decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that will drive business growth and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify patterns and trends

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions

- Utilize advanced statistical and analytical methods to interpret data and provide actionable insights

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions

- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

- Experience with statistical analysis and data mining techniques

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work with large datasets and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus
