Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business decisions and improve overall performance. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations based on your findings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex datasets to identify trends and patterns

- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize efficiency and accuracy

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations

- Design and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to stakeholders

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through data analysis

- Develop and maintain data models and databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy

- Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques and tools

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify trends and patterns in data

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Experience with data modeling and database design

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

- Proven experience in process improvement and automation through data analysis

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
