Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with experience in statistical modeling, data mining, and data visualization. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with our clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Develop and maintain statistical models to predict and forecast business outcomes

- Create data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization

- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or consulting environment

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and techniques

- Experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
