Job Overview:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights to our clients. You will work closely with our team of analysts and business leaders to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights

- Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models

- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in data analysis techniques and tools

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or consulting environment

- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience with data mining, data warehousing, and data cleansing

- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
