Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our clients. This is a full-time, on-site position at our headquarters in Dayton, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems

- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions

- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to clients

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and solutions based on data analysis

- Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or consulting environment

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Familiarity with contract management or procurement processes is a plus
