Position Overview:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will drive business decisions and improve our services. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions that will help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and data mining techniques to identify trends and patterns

- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance metrics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights

- Identify areas for improvement in data collection, storage, and analysis processes

- Develop and implement data quality controls to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or consulting environment

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Experience in contract management or procurement is a plus
