PhD degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics or similar
Five years of hands-on experience in the field of data science
Ability to independently devise project plans, with a proven track record of overseeing large and intricate analytical projects involving multiple teams
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and a practical application of them, particularly in A|B testing, causal inference, machine learning, etc
Expertise in data analysis using SQL, along with proficiency in programming and modeling in Python
Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will conduct comprehensive and innovative research to improve the safety and efficiency of protocols through mechanism design, data analysis, and dynamic parameter optimization
You will take ownership of potential security demand engagements by managing client relationships, scoping out work, and delivering value through research efforts
Build and deploy visually engaging dashboards for both internal and external use
Design and guide experiments/analyses to measure impact and facilitate continuous product improvements
Measure business performance, develop/refine core metrics, and create insightful reporting for better understanding and monitoring
Initiate, develop, and maintain data pipelines with a strong focus on craftsmanship and excellence
