Senior Data Scientist (AI)

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work closely with business data experts to analyze complex datasets, develop innovative data-driven solutions, and provide valuable insights to drive business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with data experts and stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive decision-making and business growth


• Design and implement advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract meaningful insights from large and complex datasets


• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Databricks for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and other data science applications


• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning techniques, and proactively identify opportunities to apply them to business challenges

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science with a track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions


• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)


• Knowledge of Generative AI


• Expertise in using Databricks for data science workflows, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation


• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment is highly desirable

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field


• Experience applying Generative AI and traditional AI techniques to optimize processes and solve complex business problems
