As a

Sr Data Visualization Analyst

on our fully remote team, you will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making in the field of Human Resources. Your expertise in Power BI visualization and product management will contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that enhance HR processes and drive organizational growth.
What Will You Do?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of data visualization solutions.
Create Power BI reports with competency in advanced front-end techniques, such as sophisticated bookmarks and complex visual interactions, and a firm grasp of data visualization best practices.
Manage product roadmap and backlog for BI reporting tools.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in relevant technology, finding opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Provide guidance and on demand training material to end users, fostering the adoption and utilization of tools.
How Will You Get There?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
Experience
5+ years of proven experience in Power BI or data visualization tools, with a consistent track record of delivering successful projects.
Basic knowledge of data models and DAX
Experience leading projects using project management philosophies and tools.
