Senior Database Developer - Oracle / ETL- Contract Duration 8+ months
- Pay rate up to $75 - $80/hr
Job Summary:- We are looking for a Senior Contract to hire resources with proven expertise in Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL, particularly in the ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- The ideal candidate should have a strong aptitude for communication and a knack for translating complex business processes into logical technical solutions.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), and Python is considered advantageous.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Database Engineer, with a focus on Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL, Data Warehousing, and ETL.
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to ensure efficient and accurate data movement and transformation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze complex business processes, and translate them into logical technical solutions.
- Optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure data integrity, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including data models, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
