Senior Design Engineer, HBM

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits Performing verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators Collaborate with cross group to work towards standardization and group success Working with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure accurate manufacturability of product Understanding of DRAM array control and high speed circuit design Experience in function verification and timing analysis with mixed signal design. Familiar with device reliability. Experienced in reliability mitigation technology and verification flow. Familiar with analog/digital simulation tools, i.e., HSPICE, VerilogHDL, Primesim' MS in Computer Engineering or related field 3 years DRAM Design or Verification experience. Deep knowledge of DRAM sub‑system architecture, specification, operation, or design. Understanding of Physical Layout & Circuit Floor Planning Excellent Problem‑Solving & Analytical Skills
