Senior Designer

We’re hiring a Senior Designer to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion. This role drives creative vision, technical execution, and client coordination while mentoring junior designers and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design development from conceptual sketches to construction documents
• Set and maintain design vision, functionality, and constructability
• Present design concepts to clients and manage expectations
• Provide technical direction on drawings, models, materials, and detailing
• Review documentation for code compliance, accessibility, and sustainability
• Mentor junior designers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

• 7+ years of architectural or interior design experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, and rendering tools
• Strong design sensibility and technical detailing skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple deadlines
