Your role at Clorox:

As a Sr. Packaging Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing packaging solutions that not only meet the highest standards of creativity but also align with our brands identity. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and marketing teams to deliver packaging designs that captivate consumers and drive brand recognition both on the shelf and in the digital space. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for creating breakthrough creative work. This role is hands on and requires a strong understanding of brand standards, design systems,
and brand continuity.

In this role, you will:

• Conceptualization and Design: Lead the conceptualization and design of innovative packaging solutions that reflect brand essence and resonate with target audiences on a variety of brands within the Clorox portfolio.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging designs, retail experience, digital shelf, and overall brand strategies.

• Brand Consistency: Uphold and enhance brand consistency across all packaging and retail materials (in store and digital shelf), ensuring a cohesive and recognizable presence in the market.

• Lead: At times you will be leading a team of designers providing clear and constructive feedback. You will be driving and shaping the creative presentation and delivering to key stakeholders.

What we look for:

7+ years experience in creative marketing with a background in Art Direction, with experience in ad, branding, or packaging agencies.

Portfolio showcasing original packaging and omni-channel solutions in the CPG category that are breakthrough and cohesive.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills.

Ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback.

Experience developing brand standards and brand voice.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workflows.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

Creative experience in a medium to large organization.

In-house experience a plus.

Understanding of print production process and workflow, with experience collaborating with production artists.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $106,700 - $204,900

–Zone B: $97,800 - $187,900

–Zone C: $88,900 - $170,800
