Proficiency in Figma and a strong background in utilizing data to inform design decisions are crucial for this role.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Data-Driven Design:
Experience in leveraging analytics and user data to guide design decisions, ensuring that solutions are not only creative but also effective and strategic.
Figma Expertise:
Profound knowledge of Figma for designing high-fidelity prototypes and collaborating with team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Ability to work seamlessly with media planners, data science, in-house designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on user and business needs.
Strategic Thinking:
Skilled at making design decisions that serve a broader suite of products, informed by data and analytics.
Adaptability:
Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, willing to take on various tasks to support the team and process development.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
Utilizing Figma to create and iterate on designs, working closely with the data, media, and development teams to incorporate insights into the design process.
Collaborating across departments to ensure design solutions align with user needs and business objectives, with a strong emphasis on data to define those designs.
Ensuring all designs are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, backed by strategic decision-making and analytics.
Managing the design process from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to business and user requirements.
Analyzing performance data of design implementations to continually refine and improve user experiences.
Experience Required for the Role:
Bachelors degree in Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to use data to inform design decisions.
Expertise in Figma, with a good understanding of other tools (Adobe products, etc.).
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
A balance of analytical skills and creative thinking, with the ability to convey complex ideas through clear and engaging design.
