Senior Designer - Hiring Urgently

Summary

StriVectin, a leading prestige skincare company, is hiring a Senior Designer with a passion for brand building and visual storytelling. You’re a strategic and conceptual thinker and self-starter, coming up with bold ideas that unlock new opportunities. You can expertly present your work and always come to the table with an open mind and collaborative attitude. You’re incredibly attentive to detail and are always thinking on your feet, able to pivot in a fast-paced environment while not missing a beat. Beauty experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Refine, evolve, and maintain brand identity standards and expressions across the StriVectin experience (i.e. collateral marketing, visual merchandising signage, packaging, etc)
• Reformat supplied artwork and photos to project specifications
• Own projects from inception to execution with the ability to problem solve in sometimes ambiguous situations, as well as take over projects to help finish and finalize artwork files for production.
• Establish best practices, tools, and assets to support sales, marketing, and other business groups
• Expertly manage project timelines, personal workflow, schedules, and deadlines
• Prep final files to supply specifications for various print and digital formats
• Reviewing and proofing art files to ensure correct production outcome
• Organize and maintain asset library
  

International Marketing Requests

• Provide Global Assets for country specific distribution
• Provide creative support for Global-specific Requests as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in-house at a brand-forward company as a multidisciplinary designer.

• Advanced understanding of typography, grid, layout, and color

• Advanced understanding of visual merchandising best practices

• Experienced with packaging

• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint (3D experience in Sketchup a plus)

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related visual communication design field

• Candidates must submit a proper portfolio to be considered for the position
