What You’ll Do

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive admissions and revenue growth.


• Market Engagement: Build strong partnerships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community leaders.


• Community Relations: Represent our centers at conferences, events, and outreach initiatives.


• Education & Advocacy: Promote awareness of addiction recovery, educate referral sources, and reduce stigma.


• Collaboration: Partner with clinical and admissions teams to align strategies and drive results.


• Coaching & Leadership: Mentor admissions staff on outreach effectiveness and admissions goals.


• Data-Driven Results: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and report to executive leadership.

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.


• Experience: 3+ years of business development experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction treatment.


• Skills: Strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder with an entrepreneurial spirit.


• Passion: Committed to making a difference and advancing recovery access.


• Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time; valid driver’s license required.
