Senior DevOps Engineer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the development of a new CRM and Communication Platform within the banking industry. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and ensuring the reliability of customer-facing systems. You will work closely with platform teams and stakeholders, support production environments, and contribute to DevOps best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and regulated, production-grade environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation workflows
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and Terragrunt
• Support and monitor production environments, ensuring high reliability and performance
• Handle incident management and lead root cause analysis for production issues
• Collaborate closely with platform teams and stakeholders across the organization
• Contribute to and enforce DevOps best practices and standards

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Solid AWS expertise and experience with IaaS cloud environments
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Terragrunt
• Proven troubleshooting skills in production environments
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis
• Ability to work independently in regulated environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English, spoken and written

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kubernetes and observability tooling
• Experience with Amazon Connect
• Background with CRM or Contact Center platforms, e.g. Salesforce
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers
