•     8-10+ years of DFT experience.

      Strong knowledge of DFT architecture, techniques, including ATPG fault models, DRC checks, simulations.
  
  


• 
  
      Experience of getting very high coverage in stuck at and transition faults.
  
  


• 
  
      Expertise in MBIST insertion, algorithm customization, pattern generation, verification, memory repair.
  
  


• 
  
      Strong knowledge in iJTAG, ICL, PDL, BSCAN, AC JTAG, pattern retargeting. 
  
  


•     Proven ability to work with test engineers implementing and debugging patterns on silicon.


• 
  
      Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work cross functionally to resolve problems.
  
  


• 
  
      Extremely self-motivated and eager to solve problems.
  
  


• 
  
      Scripting skills PYTHON, TCL, PERL.
  
  


•     BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.

• 
  
  Formal Verification and Equivalence Checking for DFT Inserted Designs.
  
  


• 
  
  DFT Modes constraints, STA and Timing Closure.
  
  


• 
  
  Knowledge of Serdes DFT.
