The Senior Digital Designer is part of the Global Creative team, creating elevated digital experiences for TOM FORD BEAUTY and Couture Brand across Online and CRM. The role combines digital design, UI design systems on TOMFORDBEAUTY.com and BALMAINBEAUTY.com, and art direction for online-first shoots around key brand and commercial moments. The ideal candidate is fluent in Figma, highly conceptual, and understands the beauty and fashion space.

Responsibilities

• Design digital experiences across e-commerce, Online, CRM, landing pages, and campaign platforms.

• Develop and maintain UI design systems, templates, components, and digital toolkits.

• Create unique online experiences that bring the brand’s visual identity to life.

• Translate campaign concepts into digital-first executions.

• Concept and art direct online-specific shoots from initial idea through delivery.

• Create moodboards, visual references, shot lists, and digital asset requirements.

• Attend online-first shoots and guide the creation of imagery for digital use.

• Collaborate with UX, development, e-commerce, CRM, marketing, social, PR, and regional teams.

• Present creative concepts and contribute to the evolution of the brand’s digital design language.

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in digital design, preferably within a luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium consumer brand.

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, e-commerce, CRM, UI systems, and online experiences.

• Fluency in Figma, including components, libraries, auto layout, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.

• Understanding of basic UI and UX principles and online consumer experiences.

• Strong understanding of the beauty and fashion landscape, visual culture, and luxury brand standards.

• Experience contributing to or art directing digital-first photography and video shoots.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Video software knowledge is a plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
