How You Will Contribute
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Digital leaders to define and evolve growth-focused measurement frameworks, including north-star metrics, activation and retention KPIs, and leading indicators of long-term value.
- Apply your deep understanding of digital growth metrics (DAU/MAU, retention curves, cohort analysis, LTV, CAC, viral coefficients) to guide product and business decisions.
- Analyze end-to-end growth funnels across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and increase lifetime value.
- Lead and support A/B tests and experiments—designing hypotheses, defining success metrics, evaluating significance, and translating results into clear recommendations for iteration or scale.
- Bring experimentation leadership and rigor, ensuring teams understand how to structure tests, avoid common statistical pitfalls, and make high-confidence decisions.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) to surface insights related to usage patterns, retention trends, cohort behavior, LTV, CAC, and referral/viral dynamics.
- Evaluate the performance of organic and product-led growth channels such as referrals, content-led acquisition, lifecycle messaging, and in-app prompts.
- Analyze user behavior across the product and across lifecycle touchpoints, including onboarding, feature adoption, in-app flows, and messaging journeys.
- Build scalable dashboards in tools like Tableau to connect growth metrics, experimentation results, and product usage data into a cohesive narrative.
- Communicate insights clearly and frequently through weekly, monthly, and post-experiment readouts—helping Product, Growth, and Marketing understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve analytics maturity, strengthen instrumentation, refine attribution, and elevate shared understanding of growth metrics.
- Serve as an educator and partner across teams, enabling others to use data confidently, ask better questions, and adopt more sophisticated experimentation and measurement practices.
