Job Description - Senior Direct Response Media Buyer

We are rapidly acquiring franchising companies – acquiring five brands in less than two years with more brands in the pipeline. Roles and responsibilities
Manage 100’s of SMB / Franchise ad accounts for home service brands
Develop and manage SMB omni-channel programs including planning, buying, tracking, optimizing, reporting and invoicing.
Continuously monitor, test, and iterate campaign performance and implement optimizations to maximize ROI, ensuring KPIs and benchmarks are met both short and long term
A/B test ad copy, images/videos, and funnels effectively to meet performance goals.
Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions.
Perform competitive research to identify & learn from what competitors are doing.
Design, build, and test variants of sales funnels
Write, iterate, and test variants of sales page copy, email copy, and ad copy
Design and/or strategize the development of creative with team and design service providers
Develop ad concepts and then work with Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and Advertising Producers to design and create them.
Drive marketing campaigns forward for the brand by leveraging new creative ideas, content sources and media production strategies
Ideate, strategize, plan, execute and optimize comprehensive advertising systems, funnels, media plans, and campaigns
Write ad copy, sales page copy, and support email copy for full funnel solutions
Work with operations and sales counterparts to build marketing and media strategies for new products/services
Interview customers and target personas to build comprehensive marketing workbooks and copywriting cheatsheets
Conduct competitive research and 'funnel hack' strategies implemented by competitor
Work with executive team for new product/service releases as well as offer development
Build and monitor reporting dashboards using internal tools on Google Data Studio
Stay up to date on digital media landscape, including but not limited to emerging technologies, best practices and optimization strategies.
Determine how online and offline channels work together for best results.
Provide oversight on tracking reports, key performance indicators and offer insights on how they map to larger client goals.
Analyze trends and optimize media performance based on the client’s KPIs.
Build automations using Zapier and CRMs to streamline funnel strategies
A deep understanding of data and accustomed to using data visualization platforms, e.g., Tableau, looker, amplitude, full story etc
Able to interpret test results to make data-driven decisions
Exceptional skills with spreadsheets and data crunching and analysis
Mid to Advanced-level experience with general computer functions and mobility

Requirements
5+ years experience managing SMB/Franchise PPC ad accounts taking extreme ownership of profit/loss results and account MoM growth.
5+ years of proven experience profitably driving high-volume lead generation customer acquisition funnels
5+ years knowledge in conducting A/B tests, optimizing and scaling budget while improving and/or obtaining the same performance.
5+ years of experience in crafting high performing ad and landing page copy
5+ years of Paid Google Ads, Display, YouTube, Facebook / Instagram Ad Management experience with Lead Generation brands.
5+ years of experience in moving prospects from top to bottom of the funnel and developing advertisements, funnels, and systems to ensure the success of advertising programs
5+ years of proven experience using robust analytical skills and ability to work with and analyze a large volume of complex data
5+ years of experience in creative strategy that includes all of the following:
Market Research
Competitor Analysis
Ad Performance Analysis
Writing Ad Briefs
Project Management for Creative Strategy
Certifications REQUIRED:
Google Ads Certification
