The Senior Director of Internal Communications (Enterprise) is a strategic leader responsible for connecting all employees to TFC’s mission, strategy, and culture through enterprise-wide communications. This individual will drive clear, consistent, and engaging communications that inform, inspire, and align our global workforce.
Reporting to the SVP of Communications and working in close partnership with the leadership, HR, and the broader Marketing team, this role oversees the development and execution of enterprise-wide internal communications programs, campaigns, and events. From company updates and safety communications to culture-building initiatives, the Senior Director is a skilled storyteller and strategic advisor who builds cohesion across business units and communication channels.
A critical dimension of this role is collaboration with the Communications Business Partners who serve TFC’s individual lines of business and corporate functions. This role works in close partnership with these colleagues to ensure enterprise narratives are activated consistently across all brands and functions, and that the enterprise IC strategy reflects what is happening on the ground across the business.
This leader will scale and evolve the enterprise internal communications function to meet the growing needs of the business, including managing a high-performing team and introducing scalable tools, programs, and platforms that enhance the employee experience and drive measurable engagement.
This position will support our Marketing team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.
