We help clients translate strategy into tangible value by bringing a blend of deep technical expertise, commercial understanding, and execution-focused leadership to every engagement. Our work spans the full digital lifecycle - from strategy through implementation - driving measurable business outcomes in both the short and long term.
Alvarez & Marsal's Corporate Performance Improvement practice is looking for experienced Digital and Technology Services professionals. Experience should include one or more of the following:
Digital and AI Transformation Strategy
Data architecture and analytics
Evaluation, selection and implementation of ERP and other software applications
Business / functional requirements gathering for software solutions
Complex program management
Distressed program remediation
IT merger and acquisition integration, divestiture and carve-out
IT process improvement and strategy
RDI / RFP development and execution
How you will contribute
Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues
Determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches
Evaluate and validate analysis and develop recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement
Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables
Effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance
Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities
Qualifications
Ability to shape AI solutions and strategy aligned with technology, data, and business outcomes
Deep expertise in data, analytics, and enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions (15+ years consulting, including 5+ years in AI/ML)
Experience selling and delivering complex, high-value AI/ML engagements with multidisciplinary teams
Strong experience applying modern AI technologies and staying current with rapidly evolving tools, platforms, and use cases
Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI solutions and data architectures in enterprise environments

Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined periodically as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $175,000 - $250,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
